Holiday bookings must be made in writing to secure the dates required, and tenants booking the holiday must be over 21 years of age.

A deposit of 25% of the total booking period rental must be enclosed when booking the holiday, and this deposit is non-returnable in the event of a cancelled holiday by the tenant. The balance of the holiday period rental must be paid not less than 6 weeks prior to the commencement date of the booking.

In the case of cancellation by the tenant after the tenant's second payment i.e. 6 weeks prior to holiday commencement, the balance of the total rental (75%) will be non-returnable. We therefore recommend that tenants take out insurance against the possibility of a cancelled holiday. If we are able to re‑sell the holiday, we will refund the balance of 75% less our expenses in re‑letting the holiday.

The additional deposit of 20% of the total rental in respect of the telephone and breakages etc., (see below) will be immediately returned on receipt of written cancellation of a holiday less than 6 weeks prior to holiday start date. We advise visitors to take out their own holiday insurance cover for health, accident, etc.

In addition to the full rental for the holiday period, we require a deposit of 20% of the total rental to cover the telephone bill, cleaning and any breakages incurred by the tenant during the holiday period booked, and any balance of this deposit remaining after deduction of these expenses will be repaid to the person booking the holiday.
